Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a PAS-X MES support specialist to join its GMP-focused operations in New Jersey. The role centers on generating EBRs in PAS-X, maintaining PAS-X infrastructure, and providing expert IT support across Windows servers, SQL databases, and external integrations with SAP and automation systems.

The candidate will work closely with MES development and operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance (GxP) and minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and efficient issue

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with MES PASX Application.
• Hands on experience L4 support for PAS X Application.
• Understand the APIs related to MES interfaces like OSI PIELIMS Instruments.
• Strong knowledge of PAS-X integration with external programs (SAP, PI, and DeltaV).
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GxP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Electronic Batch Record (EBR) generation using PAS-X.
• Provide day-to-day PAS-X manufacturing execution system support as subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot L3 bugs with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Address PAS-X related queries with auditors when required.
• Collaborate with MES, SAP, and automation teams for changes and improvements.
