Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking an MES Engineer to configure, implement, and support Emerson Syncade MES within the Cell Therapy facility. You will focus on recipe authoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure reliable, compliant operation.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams, participate in on-call support, and help improve digital manufacturing processes. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years MES experience are expected.

Qualifications

1–3 years of MES experience in Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or Cell/Gene Therapy industries.

Responsibilities

Configure, modify, and maintain MES recipes to meet business requirements.
Document and test changes while following governance procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide hands-on MES support for issues affecting manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with IT and operations to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Develop a working knowledge of manufacturing processes and assist in recipe improvements that enhance efficiency.
Ensure MES solutions comply with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal quality standards.
Maintain validation deliverables and technical documentation.
Create training materials for MES recipes and workflows and guide new users.
