Overview

Position Purpose: The role is to develop, code, test and configure Apriso MES and WMS solutions for IPG. This will include supporting internally and externally developed software and application integrations. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing industry. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.

Principle Accountabilities

• Design and Develop functionalities using Apriso Framework (Process Builder).
• Design, Develop and maintain processes between internal and 3rd party systems.
• Design, develop, test, tune, and implement procedural database code using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Contribute to prioritization and stewardship of customer projects, goals, and expectations.
• Provide support and guidance regarding best practices, and development standards.
• Create technical design documentation which includes current and future Application development functionality, database objects affected, specifications, and flows/diagrams to detail the proposed implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to development standards, templates, and processes.
• Researches, prepares detailed specifications, design, develop, test, debug, install, and modifies computer software in various platforms in a complex and integrated systems environment.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in domain or business units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5 years working experience as an MES Application Developer, in Apriso is a plus.
• 5 years working experience as an SQL Developer
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Apriso Framework (Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Business Integrator)
• Experience in Apriso Screen Framework Development
• Experience with the following tools: Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, C# and ASP.net, jQuery and JavaScript, Microsoft (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Proficient in performance tuning of applications
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL including complex SQL queries (ex: using various joins and sub-queries) and best practices
• Experience developing web applications solutions.
• ERP experience a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, focus on detail.
• Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills.
• Great team player, ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management.
• Apply technical expertise with a business minded approach.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and independent decision-making skills.
