You will focus on MES, PLC integration, real-time production execution, and automation system reliability, partnering with engineering, operations, and production teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with MES, PLCs, and manufacturing automation.
• Strong PLC programming and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of plant-floor networking protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Support MES-to-PLC integrations during system launches and operations.
• Configure and maintain communications between MES and PLC systems.
• Integrate MES templates into PLC programs.
• Create and manage PLC tags and logic for MES transactions.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and MES teams to optimize processes.
• Document MES-related modifications and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and network issues affecting MES.
• Assist in production data validation and reporting.
• Support system upgrades, new production rollouts.
