Job summary

X-energy is seeking a MES Analyst II to support configuring, testing, and providing functional support for the MES platform at the Oak Ridge site. You will coordinate with vendors, assist with electronic batch records, and help ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.

The role involves maintaining workflows, data, and access controls, and collaborating with production users and quality teams to triage issues and support audits.

Qualifications

• Typically three years of relevant experience, with two or more years of MES functional configuration or support experience.
• Experience supporting recipe authoring and electronic batch record configuration.
• Experience working under formal change control and computer system validation.
• Familiarity with ERP to MES integration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted site access.
• Experience with one or more MES platforms, such as SAP Digital Manufacturing or SAP ME, Rockwell PharmaSuite or ProductionCentre, Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, Emerson Syncade, or AVEVA MES, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain master recipes, control recipes, and phase logic in the MES platform under supervision.
• Configure and review electronic batch records.
• Maintain equipment model, material handling, and order management workflows.
• Maintain downtime codes, work instructions, and process parameter definitions.
• Maintain user roles, access rights, and master data within the MES.
