Merrill Wealth Management in the Chicago area is seeking a senior Client Service Manager to oversee the private wealth client experience. You will manage service delivery across the branch, coordinate with home office teams, and protect client interests with proactive issue resolution.

The role requires active securities licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65, Series 9/10 or 8) and at least five years of related experience, with focus on leadership, risk controls, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Currently hold Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses
  • Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall delivery and management of the client service experience for the Private Wealth Management.
  • Accountable for proactive client service, client advocacy, transition management, and problem resolution to improve the client experience.
  • Responsible for client contact management, direct client contact and the management of service delivery from the branch office, working closely with home office service organizations to ensure superior service to all Merrill Lynch clients.
  • This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
  • Managerial responsibilities include inclusivity, process & data stewardship, enterprise communication, risk discipline, coaching, and budgeting.
