Responsibilities
- Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
- Prioritize sourcing prospective clients, capitalize on referrals, assess needs, refer to specialists, and deliver customized solutions.
- Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects based on objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile and preferences.
- Balance investment growth, referral activities, client follow‑up, prospect building, compliance, and personal growth.
- Organize and manage resources (time, people, budget) to run a productive practice.
- Seek specialist expertise for planning and investment strategies.
- Complete mandated training, assessments, performance goals, and continuing education.
- Handle inbound inquiries from leads, conduct KYC procedures, open accounts, serve as interim Financial Advisor, document interactions in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Current Series7 & 66 licenses (or Series63 &65 in lieu of 66).
- Minimum one year experience in the financial services industry and/or sales environment with achieved goals.
- Minimum one year experience in the investments industry, including training and knowledge of investment products and services.
- Proven ability to engage and influence others, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Team collaboration and partnership skills.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills to source clients.
- Ability to thrive in a performance‑based compensation environment.
- Strong follow‑through and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or one year of financial services or sales experience.

Compensation: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 annualized salary with incentive plan participation.
