Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a midlevel associate to join our Corporate practice with a focus on mid-market mergers and acquisitions in our Seattle, San Francisco, or Portland offices. This associate will work closely with partners across the corporate group to support a growing practice advising strategic buyers and sellers, private companies, and investors in a wide range of transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated middle-market transactions across a variety of industries while developing strong client relationships and taking on meaningful responsibility on deal teams.
Our corporate practice advises clients on complex transactional matters across industries, with a strong focus on middle-market M&A transactions. Associates work closely with partners and clients, gaining hands-on experience throughout the deal lifecycle while building relationships across the firm’s corporate platform. The group emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and early responsibility as associates develop their practices.

Salary Range: The annualized salary range for this position is $215,000 to $290,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees receive sick leave benefits in accordance with the appropriate state Sick & Safe Leave Policy. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation annually, though the exact amount may vary depending on client and firm needs. The firm also provides 11 paid holidays each year.
