Clean Team Inc. is urgently hiring five dependable Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a medical facility in Maumee, Ohio. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday evening schedule from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, providing approximately 20 hours of work each week with weekends off.

No prior healthcare cleaning experience is required; paid training is provided. You will sweep, disinfect, restock, and maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment in the facility.

ABOUT THE JOB

Clean Team Inc. is urgently hiring five dependable Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a medical facility in Maumee, Ohio.

This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday evening schedule from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, providing approximately 20 hours of work each week with weekends off.

We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and professional healthcare environment.

Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help maintain clean and sanitary areas throughout the facility.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Clean high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Clean offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Follow site-specific cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Follow Clean Team safety standards
• Maintain cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies
• Report low supplies, maintenance concerns, or facility issues to your supervisor
• Complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and on schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow established cleaning and safety procedures
• Professional and respectful demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet applicable background requirements

Previous janitorial, custodial, healthcare, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
