Mercury Marine invites college students to join our Foundry Engineering team in Fond du Lac, WI. You will gain hands-on experience in aluminum high-pressure die casting and lost foam foundry operations while contributing to additive manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.

As part of the talented Foundry Engineering team, you will support Mercury Marine's world‑class aluminum high pressure die cast and lost foam foundry operations located in Plant 17. This role provides hands‑on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and engineering projects that directly impact product quality, efficiency, and innovation. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and production teams while contributing to additive manufacturing initiatives, casting process improvements, tooling support, data analysis, plant layout optimization, and continuous improvement activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while developing practical engineering skills.
The pay range for this position is $18.00-27.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school/credits earned, degree, job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
