Job summary

Swipeify Payments is seeking ambitious Merchant Services Sales Executives to close deals and grow a portfolio of processing solutions for businesses. You will present tailored payment options, including credit card processing, POS systems, gateways, and related services, while driving activation and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building with business owners, and collaboration with underwriting and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to explain technical products and pricing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage business owners across industries.
• Develop new merchant relationships via outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Evaluate current processing services and needs for cost savings.
• Obtain statements and conduct preliminary cost analyses.
• Present tailored payment solutions addressing pricing, technology, and growth.
• Sell credit card processing, POS, EMV terminals, ecommerce gateways, ACH, and related products.
• Explain rates, requirements, and terms accurately.
• Prepare proposals and guide merchants through onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activity and status.
• Collaborate with underwriting, implementation, and support teams.
• Meet or exceed sales and activation targets.
• Build lasting merchant relationships for retention and growth.
