Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Merchandising or related field and 3 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, incorporating market trends and customer insights.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities, analyzing daily business performance to meet financial targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations, establishing terms, pricing, and performance metrics to drive profitability and price leadership.
• Oversee assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to optimize category performance across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel strategies and support supply chain and merchandising operations.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance category execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
