Qualifications

• 2+ years in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer dynamics and marketplace trends.
• Experience with startups or new projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, ideation, product assortments, line planning, and data analytics to improve profitability.
• Synthesize and present marketplace POS and bookings.
• Capture insights from Sales and Channel Merchandising teams.
• Build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Assist Lead/Senior Merchants from product handoff to POS hindsighting for Men’s Running Apparel.
• Help create marketplace distinction using seasonal channel offerings.
• Align with other sport teams to ensure cohesive product in market.
