The Merchandising team in Produce plays a vital role in shaping Walmart’s fresh food strategy. Managing a broad product portfolio, the team collaborates across merchandising, supply chain, sourcing, operations, and suppliers to drive growth, enhance quality, and improve customer experience. Positioned to influence category strategy, the team identifies market trends and develops solutions impacting stores nationwide. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising , or related field and 3 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
Microsoft Office, Negotiating with third-party suppliers, Supervisory experience
