Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to coordinate daily merchandising activities, supervise merchandisers, manage in-store execution, and ensure in-stock conditions across assigned locations.

You will lead training, schedule staff, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with store managers and account teams, driving alignment with sales priorities and ensuring high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months.
• 1+ years retail, consumer goods, or customer service experience required.
• 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily merchandising activities, including delivery alignment, display execution, and in-stock conditions.
• Lead, train, and develop merchandisers to achieve performance and service expectations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet business and customer needs, 364 days a year.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, product rotation, freshness, and backroom organization.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on coaching, feedback and support.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to support operational and budget objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key customer contacts.
• Partner with Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to support customer needs and execution priorities.
• Collaborate with fellow Merchandising Supervisors to drive consistently and share best practices.
