Qualifications

• At least 2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Work with merchandising team to create, implement, and monitor strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for new products or improvements.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales for timely execution of plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking or discontinuation.
• Analyze sales data to track product performance and suggest improvements.
• Create product presentations for internal meetings and clients.
