Job summary

LKQ Corporation is hiring a Merchandising Specialist for our Austell, GA location. You will plan and support new store sets, travel to store sites, and assist with ordering, invoicing, and back-end admin to ensure successful merchandising programs for our retail partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail merchandising or related fields, strong Excel skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail merchandising, store design, or inventory management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Create price quotations and place orders for store fixtures and accessories.
• Travel and participate in new store sets.
• Assemble and install store fixtures.
• Build displays and product sections using planogram data and merchandising techniques.
• Coordinate and communicate logistics information to sales and dealers for retail merchandising programs.
• Gather and review data for use in dealer POS software.
• Work with merchandising vendors to coordinate project activities.
• Travel and participation in trade show activities.
• Other duties, as assigned by the Manager, Customer Merchandising
