Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Chattanooga, TN.

You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team of associates, focusing on merchandising and freight processing to enhance the customer experience. The role emphasizes store operations, asset protection, and adherence to company policies, with duties spanning daily tasks, openings/closings, and maintaining clean, well-stocked areas.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
