Job summary

Walmart in Florence, SC is hiring a Merchandising & Stocking Associate to help members find products and keep the store neat. This fast-paced role involves unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting customers, with shifts that may vary and pay between $17.00 and $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members, identify needs, guide self-service tech, help with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products.
• Maintain facility safety with safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and report unsafe situations.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stock and arrange merchandise, set up displays, price items, and monitor shrink.
• Monitor product rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and ensure promotion displays are prominent.
• Apply policies and Open Door Policy to business processes and ethics.
• Plan and communicate progress with managers and coworkers, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.
• Fill club pick-up orders and stage products per company policy and procedures.
