Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift procedures; handling hazardous materials safely; following company policies; reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Keeps the sales floor neat and well presented by zoning areas; stocking and arranging merchandise; setting up displays; pricing items; identifying shrink and damages; protecting fragile and high-shrink stock.
• Monitors product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensures promotions are clearly displayed.
• Adheres to company policies and ethics, communicates progress, collaborates with managers and partners, and adapts to change and feedback.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures.
