Sam's Club in Minnesota (Mankato area) seeks a merchandising & stocking associate to unload trucks, stock shelves, and assist members in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help ensure products are well-presented, organized, and accessible, supporting club pickup orders and maintaining a clean, member-ready area.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding with self-service tech and purchasing decisions; locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials per policy.
• Keep the sales floor and displays organized by zoning, stocking, and pricing merchandise; refreshing product displays.
• Monitor product quality and rotation; ensure promotion displays are prominent and compliant with policies.
• Support club pick up orders by selecting and staging items per policy throughout the day.
• Uphold ethics and open-door policy in executing business processes and adapting to change.
