Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts, ensure displays are full, and rotate stock for freshness. You will monitor date codes, replenish shelves, and maintain product signage while working with store teams.

You will travel within assigned stores, handle backroom organization, and communicate account status via Teams after each shift as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a personal vehicle for work hours and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stock beverage products in stores and ensure shelves, end caps, and displays are full.
• Rotate products using FIFO and monitor date codes for freshness.
• Transport products between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
• Build, adjust, or remove displays while maintaining signage and space.
• Communicate歌 account completions and provide recap photos via Teams as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
