Job summary

Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc. seeks a full-time Merchandiser to support sales and delivery teams across Central and Southwest Virginia. Responsibilities include daily retail merchandising, display building, pricing, and ensuring standards at accounts.

The role requires attention to rotation, accurate check-ins, and effective communication with management. Physical duties include stocking, lifting, and working varying hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of general employment experience; experience in customer service or merchandising preferred.
• Proficient with technology and basic math.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams about retail issues.
• Check-in deliveries and confirm order accuracy at accounts.
• Fill coolers and shelves, rotate stock by code dates.
• Build product displays and ensure pricing and marketing materials are correct.
• Remove damaged/out-of-code products and repair/shelf as possible.
• Follow account service schedules and route assignments.
• Maintain two-way communications with management and discuss customer needs.
• Maintain quality control within accounts per SOP and perform other duties.
