Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to bring top brands to life in stores across your community. You'll locate and stock merchandise, front-face shelves, and set up displays, partnering with Premium Retail Services in a nationwide retail team.

The role requires reliable, detail-conscious individuals who can work independently with a smartphone for reporting, and who can lift/store items as needed.

Qualifications

• Must own a smartphone with reliable data service and camera.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates consistency, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable moving around the store and lifting or stocking items.
• Ability to follow app-based instructions and complete reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from backroom onto the sales floor.
• Front-face shelves, organize displays, and maintain product presentation.
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage.
• Assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Report completed tasks and upload photos using mobile apps.

What will you do?

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
• Keep shelves looking sharp by front-facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays.

• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use your smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.
