Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to join our store team. You will help ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays, making it easy for customers to find items and shop confidently.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, with occasional customer interactions to answer questions and guide product location. You will complete merchandising resets, verify buyback items, update signage, and support project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods; lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
