Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure clear pricing, accurate signage, and appealing displays across our stores. You’ll work on planograms, merchandising resets, and related tasks with occasional customer interaction to help locate products.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure readiness for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
