Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services is seeking a part-time Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations. You will help create eye-catching displays, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain planograms for easy product location across Lowe's stores.

The role emphasizes safe, visually appealing displays and friendly customer interactions when opportunities arise, with a supportive environment focused on growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic as part of daily tasks.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills for team and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with web-based programs used to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information across the store.
• Ensure product pricing information is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise and displays as needed.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
