Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and inviting. You will build eye-catching product displays and support merchandising initiatives that showcase in-demand products, with limited customer interaction most days.

You may engage customers when opportunities arise, answer questions, convey product or warranty information, and help locate or handle merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and updated.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
