Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays, enabling easy product location for customers. You create safe, attractive displays and may interact with customers to answer questions or direct assistance.

You’ll work with the Merchandising Services Team to complete resets, verify items, update signage, and support in-store projects while enjoying a set weekday schedule, benefits, and growth opportunities at Lowe's.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and tasks per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital records.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Assist in staging clearance products and proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items and signs as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
