Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and attractive product displays across Lowe's stores. You will create safe, visually appealing displays and assist customers when needed.

Most work is non-customer facing, with opportunities to engage customers when the moment arises. The role emphasizes teamwork, planogram knowledge, and attention to display standards to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or >25lbs with/without accommodation.
• Lowe's sales floor experience (preferred).
• Experience reading planograms and setting up/taking down displays (preferred).
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers (preferred).
• Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws, etc.) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage (including digital info).
• Confirm pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
