Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed, lifting/moving merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operating store equipment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks safely and effectively.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry and operate various equipment.
