Overall Job Summary
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling requirements such as:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working varied hours, including nights and overtime.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Completing cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise and fixture assembly, and recovery tasks.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Providing coverage during peak times and performing other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications
Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming/ranching/pet care, strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, and self-direction.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor with moderate noise, shifts typically 4+ hours, travel required, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements
Travel as needed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and move throughout the store and outdoor areas safely and quickly.
