The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts, store signage, and merchandise assembly.
• Ensuring planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy are essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Variable shifts, often 4-8 hours or more.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
