Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform and support tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value and Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Support additional duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Shift lengths typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and ability to work on hard surfaces and outdoor lots.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment; lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry and complete all training requirements.
