The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensuring customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasionally lift overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
