The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to manage and execute various store tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves customer interaction and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, or as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and promptly.
• Conducting store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Performing store price changes and signage hanging (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Interpersonal skills to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surface floors; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Commitment to safety and a productive work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift (up to 50 pounds), push, and pull merchandise, sometimes with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training.
