The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoors with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in your personal vehicle is required, sometimes for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, bend, squat, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers, cash registers, and handling tools.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training.
• Operate equipment like dollies, handtrucks, forklifts (if 18+).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles as needed.
• Move merchandise throughout the store.
