The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential to be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is required.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts vary, typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces, with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
