The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, physical inventories, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store layout initiatives, and maintain visual standards.
• Perform accurate store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete price changes and hang signage accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts usually range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, reaching, and climbing.
• Effective communication skills required.
