The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and show appreciation.

Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary regardless of education level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel support for district needs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
• Operate all necessary equipment (excluding forklift/baler if under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement.
