The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Executing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Completing store price changes and signage hanging (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery efforts.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; however, reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal assistance.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Moving and transferring merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching, standing, kneeling, bending, and ladder use.
• Constant movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handling contact with birds/poultry.
• Completion of required training.
