Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation seeks a dedicated Merchandiser to ensure our products are attractively stocked and correctly displayed across stores on a daily route in the Shelby area. You will build engaging displays, implement plan-o-grams, and maintain stock levels to maximize freshness and sales.

Ideal candidates are reliable with a strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with early starts and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and pride in accuracy and presentation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to start early (5–7 AM) and work weekends as needed.
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, or route work is valued but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and present products in grocery, convenience, and on-premise accounts.
• Create high-impact POS displays and promotional features to boost visibility and sales.
• Set up supplier plan-o-grams with accuracy and creativity.
• Manage inventory to avoid stockouts and ensure product freshness.
• Build professional relationships with store managers and staff.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle on a daily route.
