Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate in data handling and entry.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with advanced Excel features is a plus.
• 1–2 years of data-entry processes involving Excel.
• 1–2 years of experience working in small teams for a mid-size company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product information management workflows related to new SKU/product setup, product data maintenance, pricing, and vendor updates.
• Actively monitor and update internal ticketing system to meet deadlines for all projects and tasks related to products, vendors, and the ERP database.
• Organize and process vendor price list submissions and updates, relay timely updates to the team.
• Support new item setup and product updates while maintaining item master data integrity by preparing data templates in Excel.
• Develop a working knowledge of key vendors and their product assortments.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management to support company goals.
