Job summary

Olberding is seeking a Merchandising Operations Project Management Coordinator to join the Integrated Partner Team supporting L’Oréal’s West Coast brands. You will coordinate projects, track regional data, manage vendor files and approvals, and ensure alignment with brand vision across Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, and Sourcing.

• 3-5 years in visual merchandising, retail operations, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-store display projects from concept to shelf with brand guidelines.
• Track project schedules and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Maintain retailer databases and planograms; manage vendor files and approvals.
• Route artwork and merchandising materials through client tools for cross-functional approvals.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements.
