Ann Taylor is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead a team on the Plano store floor, report to the Store Manager, and drive performance in alignment with brand standards.

You will cultivate a customer-focused environment, coordinate product placement, and manage freight and inventory while coaching associates to deliver exceptional service and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about visual standards and techniques with an ability to implement within brand guidelines.
