Job summary

Aritzia in Orlando, FL is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead visual storytelling and product presentation across our boutiques. You will optimize floor plans, drive merchandising standards, and support omni-channel initiatives to create an Everyday Luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing shipments, coordinating with Store Leadership and DC, and guiding the retail team to achieve business goals while nurturing career growth.

• Ensure efficient processing of incoming/outgoing shipments to DC, boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities and translate the product story.
• Lead the team to execute display standards and maintenance per Aritzia's guidelines.
• Support omni-channel services to enable integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
