Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding them on self-service technology and product selection.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train, and ensure service standards and Open Door policy compliance.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise, merchandise the sales floor, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility.
