• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including initial product placement.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment for accurate order processing.
• Handle RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Lead training and development of team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to uphold Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
