Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays, helping customers locate products and enabling a great shopping experience across the store.

You'll work with the Merchandising Services Team on merchandising resets, planograms, and project coordination, enjoying a set weekday schedule, healthcare options, tuition assistance, and a 10% associate discount while building practical trade skills.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Staging clearance items to drive add-on sales; position displays properly.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
