Job summary

Lowe's seeks a Merchandising Services Associate in North Carolina to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product displays that help customers find items quickly. You will build eye-catching displays and support merchandising resets to align with Lowe's standards.

You’ll coordinate with the Merchandising Services Team, assist customers when opportunities arise, and participate in training programs to grow product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage (digital updates).
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
